Identity

To the hub you are a user, and you are also a customer. Your user is your identity on the platform. Your customer record belongs to one ecosystem, and it holds how you sign in, your sessions, your contact methods, your verification codes, your authenticator credentials, your passkeys and your recovery codes. Developers are customers of the hub itself, which is the first ecosystem. A product's end users are customers of that product.
