Permissions
Shipr is one of the feature areas a workspace role covers. An admin can do everything in Shipr, including manage it. A builder can register, read, change and unregister. A viewer can only read. Reading status takes the right to read. Preparing and deploying take the right to change. Registering takes the right to create, and unregistering takes the right to delete.
Description
Every run is done by a person. A token with no scope, or a token with nobody behind it, is refused, so the record of each deployment names who started it.
