Managing features
A workspace has only the features it has been given. You add them from the feature catalog, which lists every feature with a description and says which ones you can add right now. A feature is yours to use once it has been switched on and is ready. One that is still being set up, or that has been removed, is not offered.
Adding a feature can set up a storage bucket for the feature's data, an ecosystem of its own nested under the workspace's, and the roles that go with it. Some features come with others, and arrive when their parent does. Switching on Personas brings LLM providers and Knowledge bases with it, and Persona services and All Data are parts of it. Switching on Storage brings Tokens. Switching on Users brings Invitations, Email sign-up and Auth. Some features need others: a feature that another feature still needs cannot be removed until that one goes first. A feature marked coming soon is listed and cannot be chosen.
Not everything the hub offers is a workspace feature. Public pages such as News, Community and the Store belong to the site. Billing, Dashboards, Domains, Games, Integrations and a product's Storage belong to a product and are reached through it. People directories, which are Consultants, the Registry and the Academy, and the platform's front door, which is Toolkit, Tools, Help and Support, stand apart from any workspace.
